Roles and Responsibilities Sales strategies Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints Prepare sales reports and present to the management Clients Visit is must Team Management and Development Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team Set sales targets and performance goals for sales teams. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback and coaching. Track sales performance and analyse market trends Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team. Customer and client relationship Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly. Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows. Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Analytical mindset and data-driven approach Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships Experience in sales of ball bearing added advantage.
