Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive digital growth, and support business expansion at Marvel Dcor Ltd. As the Head of Marketing & Branding, your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing budgets, and achieving the company's ambitious growth vision by 2030. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all digital marketing operations such as SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, social media strategy, content marketing, and data analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. - Spearheading social media initiatives to maximize reach, engagement, and brand advocacy. - Developing and executing high-performance lead generation campaigns using digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into potential customers. - Managing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities including in-store promotions, showroom collaborations, POS materials, and dealer/channel partner support. - Formulating and executing comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent brand essence across all channels. - Developing visually compelling marketing assets and ensuring brand integrity across all creative outputs. - Overseeing website performance, event planning, target audience analytics, budgeting, ROI analysis, team management, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company's vision. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 7+ years of experience in Marketing and Branding roles within home decor, retail, lifestyle, or media & advertising sectors. - Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, social media tools, and marketing automation software. - Core competencies in strategic thinking, team leadership, data-driven analytical decision-making, and strong cross-channel communication skills. In terms of cultural fit, you should be results-driven, customer-centric, innovative, data-driven, adaptable, with strong ownership, accountability, and a collaborative spirit. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits and a day shift schedule.
