Job Description

As the Sales Manager for the Tiles Division, you will be responsible for owning the overall sales strategy and P&L. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing the pan-India/regional sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. - Driving market expansion and dealer/channel development in untapped territories. - Collaborating with marketing on branding, campaigns, and product launches. - Monitoring key metrics such as sales, collections, margins, and customer satisfaction. - Conducting market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies. - Presenting performance reports and growth plans to management. - Fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the division. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/MBA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales & distribution, preferably in tiles, ceramics, or building materials, pipes, paints, or hardware items. - Proven track record of handling large teams and driving revenue growth. - Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. - Strong network with dealers, distributors, architects, and institutional buyers. - Willingness to travel extensively.
