Job Description

Lead Generation : Marketing activity (ATL & BTL) : to run the Marketing Campaign for Market Qualified Lead Generation

To lead the events like Exhibition, Trade Show Etc.

To prepare & update sales & marketing materials like brochures, website, Presentation, Etc..

To ensure lead generation ratio keep aligned with the sales target,

To prepare, Forecast and allocate the Marketing budget according to the sales revenue target

To understand the Sales Cycle of the Organization and ensure enough resource are being allocated to complete the sales targets

To manage the HR Life Cycle of Sales Resources Actively.

Recrutiment selection – OnBaording- Training and DEVELOPMENT – Award Rewards – Performance Managent & Improvement – Exit

To make plan on sales target and distribute to the team as per their position and Division

To do sales analysis and find the gap in the sales process

To review the sale activity of your team on a daily / Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly basis through MIS, and ensure your force are aligned their target

To Lead the sales and Marketing team front and ensures their motivation and willingness of your team remain all time high for target achievements

To upgrade own self on Technical/ Managerial Roles as and when required

To train the new / existing team members time to time, and do call/ field accompaniment with them to improve their sales efficiency / ratio

To train sales team on Objection Handling, Sales Drilling, Handling Rejection in life and Profession

To Help your team into Plan, and Implemented their sales tour.

To Approve their sales tour and expense of the same according to TA DA Policy

To keep an Eagle Eye on Timely Receivables of the sales done by you and your team

To take up your own Individual target to prove as an individual contributor

CRM: Conduct Sales – Operational Monthly Planning meeting for better coordination and forecast

To map the deviation in the customer satisfaction ratio, by conducting customer satisfaction feedback time to time

To Ensure that Existing customers Retains to the organization, to do so, ensure enough human resources are allocated to cater the existing customer’s need

To plan for the Mining Activity to ensure old customer reconnect with the organization

Prepare Various Sales and Marketing MIS and present to the Management on a monthly basis

To Provide Market Information, Competitor Information, new entrants info, in a structured manner to the management as and when it arrives to you from you and your team

To prepare the Processes and Sales Pricing Policy Documents as and when changes needed

To fill up the Monthly, Quarterly and yearly KPIs of your team member and Help Management and HR For appraisal process annually

To ensures Organization Policy, Processes and Values adhere by you and your team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
