Job Description

Job Title: MEP Engineer (Execution)

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Location: Assam

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at project sites in line with approved drawings, specifications.
Coordinate with contractors for smooth execution of site activities.
Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, and related systems.
Support in quantity estimation, material requisition for MEP works.
Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Key Skills:

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
