Role: MEP Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in MEP management specifically for residential redevelopment projects.
• Proficiency in ERP software is a desirable qualification.
  

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems, ensuring they are installed as per the project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for the execution of project tasks and to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety norms to maintain the quality and safety of the project.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively to prevent any delay in project completion.
• Monitor work quality to ensure that it meets the set standards and expectations.
• Maintain proper documentation of all project activities for future reference and audit purposes.
