Desired Candidate Profile: 25 years of experience in estimation, costing, or quantity surveying . Strong knowledge of rate analysis and current market pricing. Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and reconciliations. Good communication and presentation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
