Ensure specified level of Quality trough Training & Audits around all Projects. Ensure Submission of Quality Manual. Review of Project Specification & Comments wherever required. Ensuring ISO - CMO - SOP briefing conducted on site for Team. Reviewing & Approving Site Logistic Plan for all site. Ensuring & identifying RCA for Repetitive mistakes arising on site. Reviewing & guiding for resolution of Quality related critical issues arising on sites. Ensuring implementation of ISO -9001-2015 surveillance audits for all sites. Ensuring handing over of Project Units to Customer, Clients with Zero Complaint. Project Units Handover with Zero Complaints -1704 no. Training to Project Team 200 no. Quality Rating for Projects above 8 out of 10.
