Job Description

Responsibilities:

QMS Development & Implementation:
Establish, document, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3 or other applicable standards
.
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality policies. Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes.
Audits & Inspections:
Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and address non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Document Control:
Maintain QMS documentation, including quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility

CSR:
To understand and implementation of customer specific requirement
.
Customer Audit:
Coordinate customer audits and address non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelors degree in mechanical/electrical, Production, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in QMS, quality assurance, or compliance within automotive industry
Certifications:
Certified ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, VDA 6.3 or equivalent certifications is plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of QMS frameworks (ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA or other regulations, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
