Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols for injection molding processes.
Conduct thorough inspections of injection molding equipment, molds, and finished products to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
Perform statistical analysis and process capability studies to monitor and improve process performance.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, process control plans, and quality manuals.
Lead quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to production operators and technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in new product development projects to ensure manufacturability and quality requirements are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in injection molding and quality assurance.

NOTE: Knowledge in ISO, SIX Sigma, QMS
