The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QHSE operations, ERP systems, and client engagement, especially in the maritime or offshore sectors. Job responsibilities Serve as the primary QHSE functional expert during client onboarding and implementation projects. Understand client QHSE requirements and map them to ERP system capabilities. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental processes within the ERP environment. Lead the implementation of QHSE modules in marine ERP systems Configure workflows such as incident reporting, risk assessments, audits, and environmental tracking. Collaborate with internal technical teams for customization, integration, and testing. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to client users. Create process documentation and user manuals tailored to client operations. Identify areas for improvement in clients’ QHSE processes and propose ERP-driven solutions. Stay current with maritime QHSE regulations (e.g., ISM Code, MARPOL, ISO standards) to ensure ongoing compliance. Provide post-implementation support to clients, including troubleshooting and process optimization. Work with product owners and managers to ensure user stories deliver the intended user, product, and business requirements. Guide and mentor other QHSE SMEs, providing feedback, training, and quality review of deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QHSE roles, preferably in maritime or offshore environments. Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations: ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, etc. Proven experience implementing or supporting QHSE modules in Marine ERP systems. Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into functional ERP configurations. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Willingness to travel to client workshops and go-lives as needed. Degree in maritime safety or Certified Class II or above. Experience in training delivery, documentation creation, and change management. Skilled in analyzing business processes and aligning them with ERP capabilities. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SharePoint, or other reporting/dashboarding platforms. Additional Qualifications Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus but not mandatory. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
