Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into functional ERP configurations. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Willingness to travel to client workshops and go-lives as needed. Degree in maritime safety or Certified Class II or above. Experience in training delivery, documentation creation, and change management.
