Responsibilities:

Assist seniors with project documentation, agendas & MOMs.
Coordinate with consultants and schedule site audits.
Research materials & design trends, update drawings.
Maintain drawing registers and design milestone trackers.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Architecture / Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office.
Strong documentation & communication skills.

Key Performance Indicator:

Number of meetings scheduled and attended.
Number of design process tracker updated.
Number of technical specifications drafted.
Number of site audits.
