Roles and Responsibilities Develop architectural designs for residential projects, including design development, detailing, and presentation drawings. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for interior architecture services. Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) based on client needs. Create technical architecture documents such as structural plans, elevation drawings, sections etc. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the design process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in architectural design or related field. B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (B.Arch + M.Plan or B.Arch + MBA). Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD tools like SketchUp/Lumion an added advantage.
