Job Description

Responsibilities

Client Collaboration:
Meet with clients to understand their needs, goals, budget, and preferences for both the structure and interior spaces.
Design Development:
Develop cohesive design concepts, including architectural plans, interior layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
Documentation and Visualization:
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, 2D and 3D models, and construction documents using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Project Management:
Set project timelines, determine costs, source materials, manage budgets, and oversee all phases of the project from concept to completion.
Coordination and Supervision:
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other professionals. Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
Material and Furnishing Selection:
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, lighting, and accessories that enhance the space and meet the design vision.
