Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and preparation of architectural drawings and specifications
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle
Prepare and maintain detailed budgeting and costing sheets, ensuring financial feasibility and cost control
Support senior architects and project managers in overall project execution and design strategy
Participate in site visits, feasibility studies, and project reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an architectural design firm or related field
Strong design sensibility and proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven team-oriented attitude
Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial documentation
Ability to manage consultant coordination and resolve design conflicts
