Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing and overseeing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate effective design solutions. The role involves ensuring that designs align with client needs, timelines, and project requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting, with a strong focus on creativity and technical knowledge.
• Experience in project management and the ability to oversee projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Knowledge of software development and integration for designing and executing projects effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of architecture.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Chennai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Familiarity with sustainable and innovative design practices is a plus.
