Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of buildings and structures while ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to bring designs from concept to completion, while adhering to industry standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Lead the design process for new buildings or renovations, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction plans.

•        Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for the project.

•        Create architectural designs, renderings, and models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).

•        Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

•        Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components into the design.

•        Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase.

•        Ensure sustainability and environmental considerations are integrated into designs.

•        Oversee the work of junior architects and design assistants.

•        Review and evaluate project progress, adjusting designs and plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.

•        Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

•        Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with the design.

•        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, materials, technologies, and regulations.

•        Conceptualize, develop, and prepare architectural design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

•        Prepare detailed working drawings, tender drawings, and construction documentation.

•        Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.

•        Manage and supervise site work periodically to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.

•        Handle municipal drawings and approvals in coordination with liaison architects.

•        Prepare and review presentation drawings, 3D views, and material specifications.

•        Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors as part of the design and execution process.

•        Guide junior architects and draughtsmen in day-to-day project work.

Key Requirements:

•        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

•         years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

•        Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar).

•        In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.

•        Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles.

•        Strong visualization skills with the ability to produce high-quality renderings and presentations.

•        Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion.

•        Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams effectively.

•        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

•        Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software.
