Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and ensure accuracy of quantity abstracts prepared by Junior Engineers and trainees.
• Prepare and finalize

  Tender BOQs

  in coordination with contractors, ensuring sign-off from both teams.
• Work on

  project cost estimates and budgets (L1 to L3)

  using current market rates and rate analysis.
• Conduct quarterly

  cost reconciliations

  with site teams and management.
• Coordinate with GMs, PMs, consultants, and contractors to collect drawings, specifications, and project details.
• Support and guide junior engineers in quantity calculation, costing, and project workflows.
• Learn and adopt new software tools for estimation and project management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 25 years of experience in

  estimation, costing, or quantity surveying

  .
• Strong knowledge of rate analysis and current market pricing.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and reconciliations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (estimation tools, MS Excel, etc.) preferred.
