Estimation Engineer

As an Estimation Engineer at Zackle Engineers, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare precise cost estimates and competitive quotations. Your attention to detail and collaborative nature will ensure timely and accurate submissions to support the company's commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare RFQs and Final Quotations: Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop accurate Requests for Quotation and comprehensive Final Quotations. - Revise and Update Estimates: Adjust cost estimates promptly as project scopes evolve or new data becomes available to maintain accuracy. - Team Coordination: Collaborate with design and project management teams to gather cost data and technical details necessary for accurate bids. - Maintain Cost Databases: Keep an up-to-date record of material, labor, and vendor costs to support future projects and quick reference. - Ensure Compliance and Deadlines: Verify that all proposals meet client requirements, internal policies, and submission timelines to uphold company standards. - Timely Report Submission. Qualifications: - Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a good academic record. - Strong understanding of construction materials and estimation processes. - Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD (preferred). - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and efficiently manage multiple projects.
