Position - Closing Manager

• Location:** Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Salary Range:** ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month
• Qualifications:**
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in closing deals and managing client interactions.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.
• Responsibilities:**
• Guide clients through the project details, ensuring they understand all aspects of the project they are investing in.
• Explain project details in a clear and concise manner, ensuring all client questions are answered satisfactorily.
• Collect initial payments from clients, ensuring all financial transactions are conducted smoothly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sale processes, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Address any client concerns during the closing phase, providing solutions and reassurances as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service, ensuring the company's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld.
• Additional Skills:**
