Callistus has its manufacturing unit in UAE & also having office in UK. Globally, the business has more than 500 channel partners that offer a variety of window covering products. What we’re looking for: Area Sales Manager – Project & Retail (Field Sales) Reporting to : GM & RSM Reportees – NA Visit : www.marvellifestyle.com International : www.callistusblinds.com What you will own and do: ● Increase Project business in defined territory through project lead generation and timely submission of bid ● Specifier management (Architects/Interior Designer) creating awareness and hence demand. ● Searching for Projects through various sources ● Visit to IDA, Contractors, Govt. Agencies - Planned / Cold Calls ● Close Projects through own funnel ● Help Channel partners in closing the Projects ● To develop business in all above assigned territories includes Architect/Builders network. ● To achieve pre decided volume and value targets ● Appointing New Channel Partner ● Support and get business from Existing Channel Partner ● Inactive to Active Channel Partner What you will bring to us: ● Project & Retail Sales ● Exposure to the Building Materials / Furnishing/Interior Designer/ Architect is mandatory. Qualifications: ● Graduate or above; additional ● Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical engineering ● Blinds or Furnishing Industry ● Needed project and channel both sales experiences. Basic + Soft Skills required: ● Good communication presentation skills ● Initiative and the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions. ● Goal-Oriented ● Ability to Listen and Understand ● Eager to Learn ● Candidate should be Honest ● Positive attitude ● Ethical Practice ● Customer Centric Approach Technical Skills required: ● Building Material Industry 4+ years of Experience ● Exposure to the Building Materials / Furnishing/Interior Designer/ Architect is mandatory ● Thorough working knowledge of the Respective Location Market. ● Good rapport with A & B+ level of Architect ● Good Relationship with Channel partners Culture and other pointers: ● You have an enthusiastic desire to grow and learn. ● You're customer obsessed.
