For more information, visit Company website: https://kanooelite.com Job Description Role and Responsibilities The main role of the D365 Finance consultant is to assist Kanoo Elite’s clients in the deployment of the D365 Finance and Operation solution. The Functional Consultant should: • Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics Business Central/NAV • Business and Process Analysis • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents. • Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication. • Quality Assurance & Documentation Knowledge and Expertise. • Experience in providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations • Experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics BC/NAV. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics Business Central modules • Microsoft SQL Server understanding • Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements-gathering skills. • Must have good experience in modules such as Finance, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Warehouse, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs, Human Resources, and Commerce (Shopify) and Bonded Warehouse, MRP/MPS. • Require experience in Product demo and expert in solutions consulting in Business Central/NAV ERP • LS Retail/LS Central and Shopify (Commerce) Integration, API integration with third-party applications/systems, CRM integration, and HHT integration experience will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Jet Reports SRS Reports will be an added advantage. • Must have experience in Product Demo, Project Management, Description & Documentation. • Knowledge of users’ access control will roles and rights, workflows, approval matrix, email notification setups, and system administration setups will be added advantages. • Must be good in Requirement Gathering, Solution Development, Business Analysis, and Functional Consulting. • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code. • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code. • You will be the one to identify our customer's requirements and match them with technological capabilities and with Microsoft's continuous release plans. • Have implemented MS Dynamics Solutions for various Industry domains, preferably in Manufacturing (Discrete / Process), Engineering / Professional Services, Trading, Retail, etc. • Work along with the Solution Architect to prepare presentations / demos. • Play the role of the Functional Consultant during the Project: • Perform fit-gap analysis to identify the list of standard and customized functionality. • Prepare the Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Functional Design Document (FDD), and co-ordinate with the technical team for Technical Design Document (TDD). • Prepare data upload templates, test cases, test scenarios, and user manual based on the FRD. • Perform user training and support the Client during user acceptance testing and post go-live support phase. • Resolve Support tickets Qualifications and Education Requirements Should have a Bachelor’s Degree. A Post-Graduate Degree (or) Diploma would be desirable with relevant Microsoft Certification for D365 Business Central/NAV/LS Retail/LS Central Essential Skills/Abilities Domain knowledge, good verbal & written communication, ability to interact with clients and document the business processes, willing to learn new solutions. • Possess at least four (4) years implementing D365 Business Central/NAV • Have working knowledge of ERP implementations. • Deep functional knowledge in finance (General ledger, Account payable, account receivable, fixed assets, Cash and Banks, Consolidation, multiple company management, multiple currency management…) • Knowledge in Budgeting and Project Budgeting. • Knowledge in Project Management, Project Accounting. • Knowledge in Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) • Knowledge in Inventory Costing and Accounting. • Knowledge in manufacturing costing and accounting, production lifecycle and product management. • Knowledge in Commerce. • Over four (4) plus years of Dynamics BC/NAV consultancy experience. • Strong understanding of Data Migration activity and management. • Excellent knowledge of business process. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Excellent documentation skills especially. Desirable Skills/Abilities • Be experienced in business process reengineering, preferably in ERP projects. • A minimum of 4 complete implementations of D365 Business Central/NAV is preferred. • D365 Finance and Operations certification preferred. • Knowledge of one or more other functional areas (Supply Chain Management, Sales, Human Resources, Project Management, Asset Management,) is preferred. • Experience with other Dynamics solutions (CRM, LS Retail/LS Central, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) is a plus. • Experience with D365 Commerce (Shopify) preferred. • Solves complex problems with creative solutions. • Be able to adapt and summarize. • Be customer service oriented. • Have team spirit.
