Role Overview

Freelance Web Developer

Scope of Work

Website Strategy & Architecture

Understand White Globe’s brand, vision, and service portfolio.
Define website structure, navigation flow, and user journey for multiple stakeholders (clients, partners, job seekers).

Design & Development

Develop a clean, modern, and professional UI aligned with global design standards.
Ensure responsive design across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Incorporate interactive elements, multimedia support (video, animation), and dynamic service showcases.
Implement SEO best practices for visibility.

Functionality & Integration

Build CMS-driven pages for easy content updates (WordPress/Drupal/Headless CMS preferred).
Integrate lead capture forms, chatbots, and inquiry workflows.
Ensure multilingual support (ability to handle multiple languages).
API integrations with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), analytics, and marketing tools.

Performance & Security

Optimize for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement SSL, data protection compliance, and secure coding practices.

Testing & Launch

Conduct thorough QA testing (functional, UX, cross-device).
Support deployment and post-launch performance monitoring.

Handover & Documentation

Provide technical documentation.
Train internal teams for CMS/content updates.

Skills Required

Proven experience in
corporate/enterprise website development

Strong expertise in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue
.
Proficiency in
WordPress/Drupal/Headless CMS
.
Knowledge of
SEO, Web Performance Optimization, Security Standards

Experience with
