Freelance Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer at Our client, a global energy and automation company partnered with Flexing It, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of scalable, responsive web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will be writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and resolving any front-end performance or usability issues. Additionally, you will integrate front-end applications with server-side logic and RESTful APIs, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Your expertise in web development technologies, UI/UX best practices, and experience working across multiple platforms and frameworks will be crucial in designing and developing high-performance web applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of scalable, responsive web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and resolve any issues related to front-end performance or usability. - Integrate front-end applications with server-side logic and RESTful APIs. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. - Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementations. - Work with distributed teams in Agile/Scrum/Kanban setups. Skills Required: - 8-10 years of experience in web development. - Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap. - Proficiency in modern JavaScript MVC frameworks such as Ext JS, Angular, or React. - Familiarity with server-side languages such as Lua, Python, Ruby, etc. - Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQLite, Redis. - Hands-on experience integrating and consuming REST APIs. - Prior experience in HTML/CSS conversion from Figma designs. - Comfortable working on both Windows and Linux environments. - Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN). - Self-driven and quick learner with strong ownership. - Experience working in distributed delivery teams. - Knowledge of Ethernet/IP-based products and Home Automation applications is a strong plus.,
