Job Description

Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi)

Type: Full-time, in-office (6 days/week)

Mode: In-office during onboarding; hybrid flexibility thereafter


About the Role

This role sits at the core of the founding team and is designed for someone who wants to build

from 0–1. You will help shape the foundation of the organization by designing workflows, scaling

operations, and enabling rapid experimentation across growth, clinical operations, and

partnerships. This is a high-ownership position that requires speed, structure, accountability, and strong cross-functional coordination.


What You Will Own


1. Execution Engine

● Drive weekly operating cadence; run standups, trackers, and review meetings.

● Maintain OKRs and translate founder priorities into structured projects with owners, timelines,

and dashboards.

● Create high-speed execution rhythms and ensure clarity across teams.


2. Growth Operations

● Coordinate lifecycle and performance marketing campaigns.

● Ensure landing pages, funnels, and attribution flows are live, monitored, and measurable.

● Partner with growth, product, and founders to execute experiments.


3. People and Hiring

● Run end-to-end hiring funnels (JD → sourcing → screening → selection → closure).

● Maintain hiring SLAs and structured documentation.

● Coordinate onboarding workflows for clinicians, nutritionists, sales, and ops teams.

4. Founder Leverage

● Manage founder calendars, priorities, and meeting preparation.

● Capture meeting notes and convert them into actionable items with follow-through.

● Support investor, customer, and partner interactions with strong documentation.


5. Compliance and Documentation

● Maintain updated SOPs, consent forms, clinical workflows, and vendor contracts.

● Ensure version control, audit trails, and disciplined documentation practices.


What Good Looks Like in the First 90 Days

● SOP coverage at or above 80% across onboarding, clinician workflows, and support.

● Hiring SLA of 30 days or less for priority roles (sales, nutrition, operations).

● Weekly operations review established with scorecards on CAC, activations, churn, and ops

metrics.

● A predictable execution cadence across growth, ops, and product.

● Strong founder leverage through structured planning and documentation.


Must-Haves

● 5+ years in startups across growth, strategy, or operations, or 1+ year in a Founder’s

Office/Chief of Staff-type role.

● Strong project management skills, documentation discipline, and analytical ability (Google

Sheets/Excel, dashboards).

● Comfort with ambiguity, rapid execution, and cross-functional ownership.

● Excellent written communication including memos, briefs, and SOPs.

● Availability for in-person meetings in Delhi-NCR and occasional travel.


Nice-to-Haves

● Experience in healthtech, clinical operations, compliance, or telehealth.

● Familiarity with Notion, Asana/Jira, Looker/Data Studio, SQL (basic), Zapier, or n8n.

● Experience preparing investor updates, board materials, or fundraising decks.


Work Model and Hours

● Core hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

● Half-day cadence during product launches and high-intensity cycles.

● Hybrid flexibility available after successful ramp-up.
