Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, for a candidate to join the Founder’s Office. The individual will assist in strategic decision-making, planning, and business operations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports and presentations, managing special projects, and coordinating between cross-functional teams. The role also involves providing support for investor relations, assisting in business expansion strategies, and streamlining internal processes to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills to gather, assess, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication, report preparation, and presentation skills.
• Project management and team coordination experience, with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Understanding of financial principles and operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the finance or fintech industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Master’s degree is preferred.
