Job Title: Procurement Manager – Real Estate Location: Gurgaon/Delhi Salary: 1.8 - 3 LPA + Lucrative Incentives Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers are welcomed) Responsibilities: - Identify, connect, and onboard new developers to expand Propeaze’s project portfolio. - Prepare market comparative analysis (comps) to recommend the best listing price. - Suggest improvements or staging tips to increase property marketability. - Ensure listings are promoted across platforms (website, portals, social channels). - Track lead flow and performance of marketing campaigns. - Assist in drafting offer sheets, LOIs, term sheets, and sale/lease agreements. - Maintain ongoing relationships and resolve owner concerns to ensure long-term association. - Conduct regular market canvassing to identify new opportunities.
