Role Overview A high-ownership generalist who can drive execution across research, operations, product workflows, and customer/supplier coordination. You will build the early systems, processes, and intelligence that shape the Merkantis operating model. Key Responsibilities • Conduct supplier and category research: capabilities, pricing benchmarks, materials, certifications. • Manage RFQs end-to-end: requirements, clarifications, timelines, and documentation. • Coordinate with suppliers on quotes, materials, production updates, dispatches, and compliance. • Support product development: test workflows, identify gaps, track issues, maintain clean internal documentation. • Prepare structured decks, market research notes, and customer-facing materials. • Execute special projects across supply chain, compliance, and data/process design. Requirements • Strong analytical and structured thinking. • Crisp written communication and documentation discipline. • High ownership; comfortable with ambiguity and switching contexts. • Ability to work across product, research, operations, and customer workflows. • Bonus: manufacturing, supply chain, consulting, SaaS, or technical background.
