Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing social media strategies to increase the company’s online presence and engagement. Key tasks include creating and managing social media content, executing social media campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with audiences and collaborate with team members
• Experience in Content Strategy development for social media platforms
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and trends
• Analytical skills to evaluate social media performance and apply insights for improvement
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in managing social media for fintech or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (Delhi University preferred) or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Active participation in college societies is an added advantage
