Role Objective Drive sales of secured lending products with a focus on MSME Loans, Working Capital Finance, Equipment Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Green Loans (Commercial Vehicles) and Hospital Loans, ensuring acquisition of quality customers and achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire new customers for secured lending products (MSME, WC, Equipment Loans, LAP, Green Loans, Hospital Loans). Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposal pitching, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients, healthcare institutions, transport operators, channel partners, and local business communities. Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness to ensure quality portfolio acquisition. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and maintain healthy asset quality. Liaise with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. Track competitor offerings and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI regulations, and audit requirements Key Requirements: Experience: 3–5 years in sales of secured lending products in NBFC/Banking sector. Strong knowledge of MSME financing, Working Capital products, Equipment Loans, LAP, Green Loans (CV), and Hospital Loans. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in secured lending. Hands-on experience in DSA/Channel acquisition and relationship management for business sourcing. Good understanding of credit underwriting basics and financial analysis. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
