About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will manage brand storytelling, drive audience engagement, and lead social media campaigns that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a complete social media marketing strategy across all platforms. Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and brand communication themes. Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies. Content Creation & Management Oversee creation of engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, blogs, and digital ads. Guide the design and content team on creatives and messaging. Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms. Campaigns & Performance Plan and run paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI. Conduct competitor research and trend analysis. Community Growth Build and nurture the online community through comments, messages, and interactions. Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions. Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly/monthly reports using insights and analytics tools. Optimize content, campaigns, and strategies based on data. Team & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams—sales, design, video, and management. Guide junior social media executives and interns when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing. solid understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter). Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (CapCut/Premiere). Knowledge of paid advertising, lead generation, and performance marketing. Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
