Role: Founder’s Office (Operations, Marketing & Strategy) Work directly with the Founder to drive execution across brand, marketing, sales, and distribution for La Arhea’s luxury skincare portfolio. This is a leadership-track position for a high-energy professional who can bridge business analytics, team management, and creative brand thinking. Responsibilities Act as the Founder’s strategic and executional partner across all verticals—marketing, sales, distribution, brand communication, and operations. Oversee day-to-day coordination between creative, marketing, logistics, and R&D teams; track deadlines and ensure accountability. Drive channel-wise growth: manage distributor relations, retail and e-commerce partnerships (Nykaa, Amazon, Sephora), and ensure monthly revenue targets are met. Analyze sales and performance metrics; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR strategies with data-driven recommendations. Ensure brand consistency across content, packaging, and digital presence as per La Arhea’s global tone of luxury-clinical-mystical elegance. Conduct market and consumer research to shape new product ideas, market entry strategies, and brand extensions. Manage internal reporting: weekly dashboards, performance reviews, and founder briefs. Drive 0–1 initiatives such as new category identification, launch execution, and process automation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or Economics from a reputed institution. MBA preferred but not mandatory. 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced consumer brand/startup environment; exposure to skincare or beauty segment strongly preferred. Deep understanding of Indian skincare trends, retail ecosystems, and influencer marketing. Strong analytical and operational capability with creative problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Ability to execute multiple high-stakes projects independently under tight timelines. Passion for skincare, brand-building, and luxury consumer experiences. Comfortable working in-office, directly under founder supervision, with cross-functional teams.
