About The Nurturant: The Nurturant is a centre for reflective practice in early childhood. It is a space where neuroscience, indigenous wisdom, and the art of caregiving meet. Through Tinker Lab (our lab school, where theory meets practice), our teacher empowerment initiatives, and our upcoming global adult learning platform, we strive to revive what is truly timeless in early childhood education: connection, curiosity, and care, which lay the foundation for a lifetime. Our work reimagines early education not as instruction, but as a way of being with children, with ourselves, and with the world. About the Role: This is a role that sits at the intersection of thought and action. You will work closely with the Founders to help ideas take shape from vision to execution. One week you might be supporting a research collaboration or documenting a classroom story; the next, helping design the flow for an educator workshop or creative project. Your work will bring rhythm and coherence to a growing ecosystem, ensuring that ideas move forward with clarity and care. It is a role for someone who enjoys thinking and doing in equal measure, and who values depth, reflection, and gentle structure in how things come together. Key Responsibilities: ● Work closely with the Founders to turn ideas into structured plans, projects, and documentation. ● Coordinate across ongoing initiatives, supporting writing, research, design, and communication. ● Create clarity from complexity through timelines, trackers, notes, and follow-ups. ● Liaise across teams and collaborators to maintain momentum and alignment. ● Hold accountability gently while ensuring progress stays true to purpose. Who You Are: ● Thoughtful, curious, and grounded, with a calm approach to work. ● Strong at execution yet comfortable connecting the dots between ideas. ● Emotionally intelligent and reflective, able to listen deeply and communicate clearly. ● Skilled at moving between strategy and structure, vision and detail. ● Background in education, social impact, communication, philosophy, or design is preferred but not mandatory. Skills and Mindset: ● Strong organisational and writing skills. ● Ability to turn ideas into structure through briefs, notes, and frameworks. ● Comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments. ● Relationship-oriented and collaborative in approach. ● A reflective learner with a growth mindset, open to feedback and self-work. What This Role Offers: ● A close view into shaping one of India’s most reflective early childhood movements. ● Opportunities to work with global educators, thinkers, and creative collaborators. ● Space to learn, contribute, and grow in rhythm with a purpose-led organisation. ● A chance to help build systems that carry The Nurturant’s philosophy forward.
