Job Description

Position:- Finance Operations Analyst

Experience- 4-6 yearsLocation: Noida

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our finance operations with a strong focus on pricing strategy, quotation management, project costing, estimation, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, experience working with government bids, and a solid understanding of financial planning for large-scale projects.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Quotation Management

oDevelop and implement pricing strategies for products and services.
oPrepare, analyse, and manage client quotations and RFP responses.oCoordinate with sales, procurement, and technical teams to ensure accurate costing.

Project Costing & Estimation

oProvide accurate project cost estimations based on inputs from engineering, procurement, and operations.
oMonitor and update cost trackers to reflect real-time data.oConduct variance analysis between estimated and actual costs.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

oPrepare and maintain financial forecasts and annual budgets.
oPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis.oAnalyze key financial metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Government Bid Support

oAssist in preparing detailed financial proposals for government tenders and contracts.
oEnsure compliance with government pricing requirements and audit standards.

Budgeting & Reporting

oSupport budget creation, monitoring, and reporting processes.oGenerate financial models and dashboards using Excel and/or financial software.oCompile and present reports for internal and external stakeholders.________________________________________

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with exposure to pricing and government bids.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, macros, etc.).
Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of government procurement and bidding processes.
Prior experience in industries such as construction, IT services, manufacturing, or public sector projects.
Familiarity with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
