Head of Solution Architect

Position: Head of solution Architect Location: Noida Work Mode: WFO Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Cloud technologies, particularly AWS Cloud Services (infrastructure & DevOps). Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Job Description: Lead and participate in the design, development, and delivery of robust cloud solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in AWS Cloud Services (infrastructure & DevOps). Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Cloud Professional Services team, ensuring best practices in infrastructure, network, security, and DevOps methodologies. Own and manage complex cloud projects from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing support, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop and implement best practices across AWS Cloud Services, infrastructure automation tools, and DevOps pipelines. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert who understands their unique business needs. Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive cloud adoption,showcasing the power of innovative cloud solutions. Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends (AWS certifications a plus!), ensuring our service offerings are cutting-edge. Manage and mentor the Cloud Professional Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning,and knowledge sharing. Required Skill Set and Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Cloud technologies, particularly AWS Cloud Services (infrastructure & DevOps). Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and optimizing complex cloud projects, with a hands-on technical skillset. Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate effectively, and lead by example. In-depth understanding of cloud architecture, design, implementation, security best practices, and infrastructure automation tools. Strong experience with industry-standard DevOps methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction. Confidence and maturity to handle challenging situations, think critically, and navigate complex technical environments. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written). Good documentation skills. Should have a great customer handling skill. Able to handle unforeseen situations.
