Job Title: Veeva Vault Configuration SpecialistLocation: HyderabadExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Veeva Vault platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Veeva Vault modules (such as Veeva RIM, QMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or eTMF) and Document Management Systems (DMS) to support business processes within life sciences organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Veeva Vault applications to align with business requirements.Implement workflows, security controls, document lifecycles, and access permissions within the Veeva Vault platform.Perform system validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Vault configuration and enhancements.Develop custom reports and dashboards within the Vault environment.Support data migration, system integrations, and upgrades.Provide training and support to end-users and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Veeva Vault applications.Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault QMS, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms, eTMF, or other modules.Experience with configuration of document types, workflows, lifecycle management, and permissions.Understanding of life sciences regulatory requirements and compliance standards.Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and data migration strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Veeva Vault certification (preferred but not mandatory).Nice to HaveExperience in Veeva CRM or Salesforce ecosystem.Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project execution.Prior experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies.
