Finance Operations Analyst

Integral Ad Science is currently seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will report to the Finance Operations Manager and be an integral part of the contract analyst team based in Pune, India, responsible for overseeing Customer Contract Management globally. Your main responsibilities will include safeguarding the accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce, evaluating and reviewing contracts and deals before finalization within deadlines, preparing and communicating contract status information, implementing data quality audits, and addressing data issues. You will collaborate with internal teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to the standardization of new policies and procedures. Key requirements for this role include knowledge and experience in the order to cash process, ideally 2-3 years of order to cash experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Contracts, a sense of ownership and perseverance, willingness to learn new things, and proficiency in Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce is an added advantage. To be successful in this role, you should be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is proactive in communication and able to work independently. Your role will involve providing support to multi-regions and teams/stakeholders, participating in team and/or 1:1 meetings, and taking on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
