Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting and adhering to Finance and Consulting Governance Policies, as well as ensuring Teradata's Consumption Usage for Billing and Revenue is properly managed. Your role may also involve supporting Certinia by monitoring and reporting on project/customer financials, managing project budgets, assigning resources, ensuring project hygiene and compliance, conducting data analysis, managing project closeout, and handling the on/offboarding of resources. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and reviewing data integrity to identify errors, anomalies, and inaccuracies, generating reports and dashboards across various platforms, automating reports, reviewing and recommending process improvements, updating process documentation, providing general finance operations support, assisting in SharePoint administration, and handling adhoc requests and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting and adhering to Finance and Consulting Governance Policies - Ensuring Teradata's Consumption Usage for Billing and Revenue is properly managed - Supporting Certinia by monitoring and reporting on project/customer financials - Managing project budgets, assigning resources, ensuring project hygiene and compliance - Conducting data analysis and managing project closeout - Handling the on/offboarding of resources - Monitoring and reviewing data integrity to identify errors, anomalies, and inaccuracies - Generating reports and dashboards across various platforms - Automating reports and reviewing process improvements - Updating process documentation - Providing general finance operations support - Assisting in SharePoint administration - Handling adhoc requests and activities Qualifications Required: - Desire to learn new tools and technologies - Strong attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills - Results-oriented and able to work with a high degree of self-direction - Ability to handle confidential information and manage time effectively - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure and tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Advanced), Power Query, and Power BI - Experience with ServiceNow, Fcom, and SharePoint administration would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance is required,
