Role Overview

Finance Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax).
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Conduct cost-centre and business vertical-wise analysis to support management decisions.
  • Monitor actual vs. budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.

3. Internal Control & Audit

  • Assist in planning and execution of internal audits.
  • Identify process gaps and compliance risks; implement corrective actions.
  • Support the development of SOPs, internal controls, and financial policies.

4. Banking, Treasury & Coordination

  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
  • Oversee cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.
  • Support loan documentation, compliance certifications, and funding coordination with the Group.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of 4–5 members, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement and capability building within the finance team.


Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance (preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing).
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, indirect taxation, and statutory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Ramco / Zoho / D365) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
