What You’ll Do

Origin Lead – India

You’ll:

• Own the

  sales pipeline end-to-end

  — from lead gen to onboarding — across India.

• Leverage your black book

  of seller and aggregator relationships for quick wins and fast activation.
• Work with origin-side partners to coordinate documentation, booking, and handover.
• Travel across India (think Jaipur, Surat, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Tirupur, Ahmedabad) to identify and close key accounts.
• Serve as RSA’s

  on-ground intelligence

  — reporting customer insights, feedback, and trends to continuously improve the product.
• Be a trusted partner to internal ops and tech teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years

  of experience in cross-border eCommerce logistics or export freight forwarding from India.
• A

  strong network of seller aggregators, enablers, or D2C exporters

  you can immediately tap into.
• Commercial sharpness with a

  hunter mindset

  — you're driven by results, revenue, and rapid growth.
• Operational understanding of export documentation, customs compliance, and linehaul models.
• Mobility and flexibility to travel across India — seller hubs won’t come to you; you’ll go to them.
• Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to

  work independently and own outcomes
