Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or a similar role, with industry-specific knowledge. Skills: Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and statements. Cost Accounting: Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices. Budgeting: Experience in budget preparation and expense management. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with industry-specific financial regulations.
