Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring budget variances and suggesting corrective actions.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the accounts and administration team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or a similar role, with industry-specific knowledge.

Skills:

Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.

Cost Accounting: Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.

Budgeting: Experience in budget preparation and expense management.

Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with industry-specific financial regulations.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software like Tally, SAP, or Oracle

Industry-specific Requirements:

Knowledge of Diamond Industry: Understanding of diamond manufacturing processes and industry-specific financial regulations.

Experience in Diamond Manufacturing: Previous experience in accounting or finance roles within the diamond manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
