Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager

Experience Required: 10 +Years
Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore
Reports To: Director

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Management

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, and Payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
  • Handle banking operations, including account reconciliation, fund management, and coordinating with bankers for facilities like loans, OD, LC, and BG.
  • Review and monitor day-to-day accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to management.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, cost control measures, and financial planning to support business growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, ROC filings, and other applicable laws.
  • Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for smooth completion of audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records as per Indian Accounting Standards / IFRS.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Drive automation, ERP/Accounting software efficiency, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce turnaround time.

Other Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Procurement) to ensure proper financial integration.
  • Provide Support management for fund-raising activities, investor reporting, and financial due diligence as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 10 + Years of progressive experience in handling end-to-end accounts and finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, corporate laws, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Zoho systems and Shopify accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
