Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Funding Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, project funding, and cash flow operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project-level financial structuring, investor engagement, and compliance management, ensuring the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project-wise financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI/IRR projections.
• Drive strategic funding initiatives, liaising with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Oversee project cash flows, payables, receivables, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure efficient documentation and processing of loans, disbursements, and refinancing.
• Monitor fund utilization and prepare timely MIS, variance reports, and financial dashboards.
• Manage interest cost optimization, repayment schedules, and debt servicing.
• Guide internal teams on cost control, budgeting, and project accounting best practices.
• Work closely with auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare investor reports, presentations, and support the management in fundraising strategies and financial negotiations.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and risk assessment

Required Skills & Competencies

Deep knowledge of project finance, real estate funding, and financial analysis.

Strong expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with banks and investors.

High attention to detail, analytical ability, and leadership mindset.

Familiarity with RERA guidelines, project accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / CMA or equivalent professional degree.

10–15 years of experience in real estate finance, construction funding, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
