Job Description

Key responsibilities also involve preparing timely financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing internal controls, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Core responsibilities

Financial reporting: Preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets, and ensuring their quality control.
Budgeting and forecasting: Coordinating the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting variances from the plan.
Accounting operations: Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, including billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all financial regulations, tax filings, and government reporting requirements.
Internal controls: Developing, documenting, and monitoring policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets.
Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support management in making strategic decisions.
Audit management: Coordinating and liaising with both internal and external auditors.
Cash flow management: Tracking cash flow and managing debt to maintain financial stability.

Essential skills

CA qualification is must( Intermediate / CA dropout)
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting software and systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
