Highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to oversee a team of CCE’s for handling inbound and outbound calls in a healthcare BPO environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Coordination & Counselling Educate patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and timelines. Provide emotional support, and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey. Ensure informed consent forms and treatment documentation are completed accurately. 2. Treatment Planning & Scheduling Coordinate patient appointments for consultations, investigations, procedures (IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, etc.). Maintain patient treatment calendars and follow-up schedules. Liaise with laboratory, nursing, pharmacy, and embryology teams for smooth execution of cycles. 3.
