Qualification : BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) / BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) – preference for healthcare background.

Objective

To act as a bridge between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth coordination of fertility treatments, counselling, and patient care services, while maintaining compliance with IVF protocols and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Coordination & Counselling

• Educate patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and timelines.
• Provide emotional support, and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Ensure informed consent forms and treatment documentation are completed accurately.

2. Treatment Planning & Scheduling

• Coordinate patient appointments for consultations, investigations, procedures (IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, etc.).
• Maintain patient treatment calendars and follow-up schedules.
• Liaise with laboratory, nursing, pharmacy, and embryology teams for smooth execution of cycles.

3. Clinical Support

• Guide patients on

  medication protocols

  (dosage, timelines, and side effects).
• Record patient history, maintain case files, and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
• Monitor patient progress and flag deviations or urgent concerns to doctors.

4. Administrative & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with

  ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Act, 2021

  , ICMR guidelines, and clinic SOPs.
• Maintain strict

  confidentiality

  of patient medical records and personal details.
• Assist in audits, documentation, and preparation of clinical reports.

5. Patient Experience & Satisfaction

• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring comfort, empathy, and clear communication.
• Handle patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and share feedback with management.

Skills Required

• Experience:

  2–7 years in clinical coordination, healthcare counselling, or fertility clinic exposure (preferred).
• Strong patient counselling & communication skills
• Knowledge of IVF/ART protocols (training will be provided if not prior)
• Empathy and ability to handle sensitive patient situations
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office / EMR systems
