Clinical Coordinator

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients and their families throughout their IVF journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in basic patient history taking and recording patient/donor history in SIVIS - Counseling patients and their family members on the benefits and risks of IVF and other related procedures, ensuring transparency and understanding to facilitate appropriate decision-making - Providing detailed information to patients and their families regarding the formalities and procedures involved in successful or unsuccessful cases - Conducting financial counseling for patients regarding treatment packages and recommended procedures - Coordinating and facilitating the matching process between donors and recipients - Offering counseling to patients interested in surrogacy, along with financial guidance Your role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the support and information they need to navigate the IVF process with confidence and clarity.
