Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves generating leads, conducting sales presentations, building relationships with clients, and coordinating with the medical team to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry or similar field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies
• Customer-focused with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of IVF and fertility treatments is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
