Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute the brand’s digital strategy across all channels to drive lead generation, engagement, and awarenes. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, email, and digital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage ROI-driven paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic and native platforms.

• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPV, CTR, and conversions. SEO & Website

• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic growth.

• Work closely with web development teams to ensure a seamless, fast, and conversion-optimized digital experience. Content & Social Media

• Manage the brand’s presence across digital channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Lead influencer, testimonial, and doctor-driven content campaigns aligned with brand ethos.

• Ensure all digital assets reflect the premium tone and clinical authority of the brand.

Email & CRM

• Lead patient lifecycle marketing efforts via email and WhatsApp campaigns.

• Coordinate with CRM teams for automation and nurturing journey optimizations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across platforms.

Key Requirements


• 7–10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or premium services brands.

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot), and performance metrics.

• Demonstrated success in managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution with measurable ROI.

• Understanding of healthcare consumer behavior, patient journeys, and lead conversion nuances.

• Experience managing digital agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional coordination.

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for brand aesthetics and detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

• Prior experience in a premium hospital, clinic, or wellness chain will be an advantage.
